Poland: Slupsk Holocaust Memorial Plaque Unveiled

(ISJM) On July 10, 2008, at a ceremony in Slupsk (Poland) a memorial tablet was unveiled to commemorate the deportation of the Jews from Slupsk (formerly Stolp) in Pomerania, now northwest Poland, to Auschwitz. The Plaque was installed at Deotymy 15a St. which today houses a Middle School, but was a Nazi transit camp for Jews during the war.
